As a key member of our support team, you will provide essential support services to individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing suicide and crisis intervention, resolving conflict situations, and supervising activities of clients living in group homes and half-way houses. You will also assist clients/guests with special needs, accompany them to appointments and social outings, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

In addition to your direct support work, you will also be responsible for evaluating work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.
