Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Mineral Medix Solutions/Equine One. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, supplies, and equipment within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient logistics plans to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Organize and oversee the operational logistics of our organization, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
  • Track and complete work orders, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments, and perform routine clerical duties.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Provide excellent customer service and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
  • Knowledge of database software and MS Office.
  • Ability to travel regularly and work under pressure.
