Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Servetronics Manufacturing Ltd.

Job Summary

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, materials, and equipment within the organization. This includes planning, organizing, and overseeing the operational logistics of the organization, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile orders and instructions received from customers
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize logistics operations
  • Organize tasks to accomplish work efficiently and effectively
  • Oversee operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management and supply chain coordination
  • Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization, including transportation and shipping
  • Track and complete work orders, and ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, and monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including preparing and submitting reports
  • Ensure proper functioning of equipment, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
  • Maintain work records and logs, and monitor personnel workloads and locations
  • Organize warehouse and work areas, and perform general office duties
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, and highway trucking and associated rules and regulations
