About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our team at Kapila Transport Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and performing general office duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5 years or more of experience in transportation or logistics
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek.
