Job Title: Truck Driver-Supervisor

FIVE RIVERS LOGISTICS LTD. is seeking a skilled Truck Driver-Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for supervising drivers, coordinating transportation activities, and ensuring the smooth delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 drivers and provide technical guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule transportation activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Co-ordinate repairs and rentals of company vehicles.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the trucking industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
