Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Skys The Limit Holdings Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared to our high standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods, so a high level of physical fitness is essential.
