We are seeking a skilled Food Service Worker to join our team at Compass Group Canada. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to order, following recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Restock supplies and equipment as needed, maintaining a well-organized kitchen
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service or related role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
