  • To receive, price, and display merchandise as assigned by the Gas Bar Manager, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • To have a good working understanding of all point-of-sale operations, including back-office functions, to optimize store performance.
  • To maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
  • To assist in marketing initiatives, promoting the store's products and services.
  • Under the direction of the manager, to supervise and train team members, fostering a positive work environment.
  • To ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of customer service.
  • To provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • To perform daily reconciliations and reports, ensuring accurate financial management.
  • To perform opening and closing procedures, maintaining store security and integrity.
  • To handle administrative duties as assigned by the Gas Bar Manager, supporting the store's operational needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three to five years supervisory experience in a retail location or equivalent.
  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated time management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
