Job Summary

Federated Co-operatives Limited is currently seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to fill the role of PT Pump Attendant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of our gas bar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide "Service Starts With Me" level of customer service to all customers
  • Perform exterior and interior housekeeping and maintenance duties
  • Order, receive, price, and display merchandise as directed by the station manager
  • Operate the StorePoint Terminal when assigned by the manager or GB Clerk
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Strong service orientation and motivation
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Experience and knowledge in automotive care and maintenance is an asset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Physical ability to handle the work to be assigned
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
