About the Role

Adecco Canada is seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to join our team in Markham, ON. In this strategic and analytical role, you will oversee and manage inventory levels for all divisions and brands within the company across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, turns, and backorders at the item level, ensuring optimal stock quantities are maintained based on historical sales and market trends.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze model stock quantities, track purchases, sales, and projected ending inventory levels, and adhere to departmental financial plans.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Assist with the selection of new styles, purchasing, and forecasting of product for the Canadian market, and coordinate with purchasing, production, and sales teams to ensure adequate inventory levels meet customer needs.
  • Business Intelligence: Incorporate data analytics to create an inventory distribution process aligned with business priorities and budgets.
  • Order Management: Efficiently maintain all relevant files and databases, accurately analyze open orders, follow up on overdue orders, and respond to inquiries regarding product availability.
Qualifications:
  • Education and Experience: 3+ years of consumer goods experience as a planner or purchasing/forecasting role.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong data analysis skills, excellent communication abilities, experience in demand planning or inventory management, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Languages: Excellent language skills, both written and spoken, for communication with accounts and overseas factories.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Adecco Canada offers a dynamic work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a competitive compensation package.
