Job Summary

FREIGHTCOM INC. is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and tactics.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Identify new business opportunities and pursue them through cold calling, email marketing, and other channels
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients to showcase FREIGHTCOM INC.'s products and services
  • Conduct needs analysis to determine client requirements and provide solutions that meet those needs
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in sales software and tools, such as CRM systems and sales forecasting software
