Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at 1011414 BC Ltd. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Administer first aid and respond to emergency situations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including their rooms and common areas.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment as needed.
