Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at BC Ltd. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations and respond to call signals to determine patients' needs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including making beds and maintaining patient rooms.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent patient care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
