At Drop Cleaner, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordination and Organization: Assist in planning and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Human Resources Support: Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.
  • Operations Evaluation: Evaluate daily operations and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Supervision: Supervise other workers and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Communication: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Office Management: Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Recruitment: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases.
  • Customer Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Office.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
