We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at D-KAMP SERVICES INC. in the role of Office Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:- Policy Development: Establish and implement policies and procedures that align with our company's goals and objectives.
- Office Management: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events with precision.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and partners.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries.
- Data Compilation: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and provide general assistance.
- Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and Google Drive.
- Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits. The successful candidate will work 35 hours per week in a fast-paced office environment.
