We are seeking a skilled Insurance Advisor to join our team at Recruitment Partners Inc. in Edmonton. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a crucial role in selling life insurance policies and managing complex policies for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular meetings with customers to understand their financial and insurance needs and provide personalized advice on financial planning and insurance products.
- Assist customers with purchasing life insurance policies and provide administrative support on complex policies.
- Make sales calls for new business and timely renewal calls for existing customer business.
- Manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets.
- Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and by email.
- Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities.
- Network with high-net-worth individuals.
- Stay updated with the latest insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
- 3-5 years of experience selling and managing life insurance policies.
- Life Insurance License and completion of the Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) exam.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism.
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities successfully.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong customer focus.
- Ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
