About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Analyst to join our Engineering team at Get ResQ Ltd. As a key member of our product development organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of our product line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of product performance metrics, user behavior, and market trends to inform product strategy.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and product health.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to define product requirements and prioritize features based on data-driven insights.
  • Support the development of product roadmaps by providing actionable recommendations and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product analysis or a related analytical role within a SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in data technologies such as SQL and DBT, and in programming in Python.
  • Experience in using dashboarding software such as Looker and creating ad-hoc analyses using notebooking software such as Hex.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to explore large datasets and translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams and presenting data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
