Rôle et Responsabilités

Le Développeur Commercial Senior représentera Manulife Mortgage Protection Plan (MPP), le principal fournisseur canadien de solutions d'assurance proposées par le canal des courtiers hypothécaires. L'objectif principal consiste à maintenir et à approfondir les relations lucratives dans l'industrie financière canadienne en pleine évolution.

Les principales activités incluent la tenue de réunions avec les courtiers hypothécaires, les partenaires industriels, les présentations en groupe, la prospection, la mise à jour sur les tendances du marché et la représentation de Manulife MPP de manière positive et engageante.

Fonctions Clés
  • Bien-être économique - Le candidat encouragé devra mettre en valeur ses compétences, la marque Manulife MPP et les outils dont il dispose pour stimuler directement ou indirectement le volume d'affaires dans le marché des courtiers hypothécaires.
  • Effacacité opérationnelle - Cette fonction comprend diverses tâches qui nécessitent son attention et sa capacité d'organisation. Le candidat réussi sera attendu pour gérer son temps et ses responsabilités de manière efficace.
  • Relations internes et externes - Collaborer avec transparence, un point de vue positif, de la créativité et une touche d'humour pour améliorer les résultats.
  • Direction stratégique - Ce rôle servira de « pion » de Manulife MPP sur le marché et participera aux plans stratégiques pour le territoire et la gestion des comptes clés.
Compétences et Qualifications Requises
  • Diplôme universitaire en domaine connexe requis.
  • De la fréquence importante est exigée au sein du territoire attribué, ainsi que hors Canada, notamment dans les villes majeures comme Toronto et ses environs (3-4 fois par an).
  • Expérience antérieure en ventes dans l'industrie des services financiers, idéalement avec une connaissance dans l'industrie hypothécaire ou d'assurance.
  • Connaissances sur le marché hypothécaire, les ventes hypothécaires, les rôles des courtiers hypothécaires, le marché des prêteurs, etc.
  • Fin de cours liés à l'industrie réussi (LLQP) préféré.
  • Licence de conduire valide.

  • Aptitude à prioriser et à gérer son temps pour programmer du temps de travail et dans le cadre de travail.
