Food Service Manager

Sivalay Inc is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring optimal inventory management.
- Hire and manage food service staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Prepare and submit reports on food sales, inventory, and customer feedback, informing business decisions.
- Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure seamless food delivery.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Establish work schedules and ensure effective time management, minimizing delays and maximizing productivity.
- 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with minimal supervision.
