Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Osmows. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Team Management: Hire food service staff, establish work schedules, and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
