We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk Specialist to join our team at SHAHI CPA PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION. As an Accounting Clerk Specialist, you will be responsible for calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, fixed assets, and depreciation.
- Candidates must have a strong understanding of manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, including general ledgers and financial statements.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, fixed assets, and depreciation.
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
- Post journal entries.
- Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
- Reconcile accounts.
