Job Title: Physiotherapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Bayshore HealthCare. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to our clients, working closely with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and education, to promote optimal recovery and function.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate services as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to Bayshore HealthCare's standards and policies.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in physiotherapy.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree or recognized equivalent in Physiotherapy, registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
  • Minimum three years of experience providing physiotherapy services, with a preference for experience in home assessments and treatments.
  • Knowledge of auto insurance and the legal system is an asset, particularly in medical/legal report writing.
