Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced B2B marketing professional to join our team as a Director of Marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a marketing strategy to meet company goals and sharpen our competitive positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy to drive demand and lead generation activities
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
  • Manage the hiring and management of freelancers, agencies, and other external partners
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience as a Director or Manager
  • Proven experience in trade show strategizing and management, sales event planning, or related roles
  • Demonstrated career growth in marketing with longevity with prior companies
  • Experience in hiring, managing, mentoring, and coaching multinational team members and agencies
  • First-hand experience with demand generation and development of all marketing channels
