About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a School Meals Program Coordinator On-Call. This part-time opportunity will allow you to work with school-aged children and contribute to the success of our School District #62 (Sooke) School Meals Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of school meal programs
  • Collaborate with school staff, food service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth program operations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with schools, parents, and community members to promote the program
  • Provide administrative support to the School Meals Program team
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
