Senior Martial Arts Coach

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Martial Arts Coach to join our team at Endurance Taekwondo Inc. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training and practice sessions for our athletes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for athletes of various skill levels.
  • Motivate and prepare athletes for competitive events, focusing on their physical and mental well-being.
  • Analyze and evaluate athletes' performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant experience in martial arts coaching.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in coaching or related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. Our benefits package includes health care plan, permanent work arrangement, and flexible hours of 30 to 40 hours per week.

Location:

The position is based in our location, offering a unique blend of urban and outdoor living. The ideal candidate will be available to work on-site, with some flexibility for remote work arrangements.
