Job Description


In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and managing programs and services that align with our company's mission and vision. This includes:



  • Developing and implementing new programs and services that meet the evolving needs of our members;
  • Providing technical and professional advice to our team members and stakeholders;
  • Developing policies and procedures to ensure seamless program implementation;
  • Recruiting and managing professional coaches and athletes to deliver high-quality services;
  • Organizing and administering national and provincial programs (training, coaching, or officiating);
  • Managing the daily operations of our sport or recreational organization;
  • Preparing budgets and monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure financial sustainability;
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve business objectives and goals.


Required Skills and Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as sports management, recreation, or a related field;
  • 2 years of experience in program management or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
