Vehicle Sales Lot Associate Position

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Vehicle Sales Lot Associate to join our team at Volkswagen MidTown Toronto.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of inventory on the sales lot. This includes parking and cleaning vehicle displays, organizing vehicle inventory, checking in and washing cars, and assisting with inventory management and dealer trades.

To be successful in this position, you must have a valid G driver's license and a clean driving record. Experience with manual transmission vehicles is an asset. As a team player with excellent communication skills, you will work closely with our sales team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers visiting our dealership.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. A keen attention to detail is essential, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

This opportunity offers competitive compensation with a salary range of $35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and life insurance, as well as RRSP matching and an employee assistance program (EAP).
