Your Role

As an Automotive Product Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining smooth operations within the parts and service departments. Your dedication to providing top-notch service and eagerness to learn will be key in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our parts department.

You will advise on parts availability, prices, substitutions, and inventory levels. Your ability to match products with customer needs will be essential in ensuring we deliver an exceptional guest experience for every guest, every time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on automotive products and services
  • Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and pricing information
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
Requirements
  • Proven experience in automotive sales or customer service
  • Strong knowledge of automotive products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's License with no demerit points
