Bartle & Gibson is seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as an HVAC Sales Professional. As an Account Development Specialist, you will be responsible for growing our business by developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers and identifying new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and process orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery
Requirements
- Minimum grade 12 education
- Minimum two years' sales experience in a related industry
- Post-secondary courses in HVAC or a related field (an asset)
- Valid driver's license
