HVAC Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven HVAC Account Manager to join our team at Bartle & Gibson. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our business by developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities in the plumbing sales industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and process incoming calls and orders
  • Identify new products and potential up-selling opportunities with current customers
  • Enter orders into the system and close orders in a timely manner
  • Sources materials for customers when currently not in stock
  • Open new accounts and maintain a strong knowledge base on current products and new products
  • Provide product information, pricing quotations, and follow-up on quotes
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with others to ensure customer needs are met

Requirements:

  • Minimum grade 12 education required
  • Minimum of two years' sales experience required
  • Post-secondary courses in HVAC preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
