About the Program

The NGG program is funded by the ministry to support the successful transition of new nursing graduates into practice and full-time employment. We are committed to providing a supportive environment for new graduates to develop their skills and confidence.

What We're Looking For

  • Current Certificate of Registration in the General Class with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
  • Nursing diploma or degree from a recognized college or university

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Address and resolve issues in a productive and respectful manner
  • Exercise sound professional judgment and use best practice guidelines
  • Contribute to a safe and inclusive environment for all
