At United Way of Calgary and Area, we are seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic Transformation team. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to work on our existing Salesforce implementation.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in development and a passion for using technology to create social change. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining our Salesforce implementation, with a focus on Experience Cloud, Flows, Apex, and Data management.

  • Optimize our use of Salesforce products, including Non-Profit Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud
  • Ensure data integrity and system performance
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting as needed

You will also work closely with the Manager, Automation & Business Intelligence to achieve business objectives.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Computer Science Degree
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
  • Experience with Salesforce Flow and process automation
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I or II, Experience Cloud Consultant) an asset
  • Experience with Non-Profit Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Data Cloud an asset

Familiarity with data management and integration techniques is also highly desirable. Previous experience working in the non-profit sector is an asset, as well as knowledge of agile development methodologies.

Estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Please note that salary ranges may vary based on individual qualifications and experience.
