About the Role

The Saanich Peninsula Primary Care Network (PCN) is seeking a skilled nurse practitioner to join their team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of the inter-disciplinary healthcare team, you will provide culturally safe primary care to patients at the PCN Centres/Clinics on the Saanich Peninsula.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a minimum patient panel and act as the most responsible primary care provider
  • Participate in an after-hours call group to share after-hours coverage with other providers
  • Collaborate with an inter-disciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive care
What We Offer

The Ministry provides funding for NP overhead, with a current available amount of $75 per FTE. Full or part-time positions are available, offering a flexible work arrangement.
