Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 per year, plus commission, making for a total estimated annual income of around $80,000. Additionally, we provide a car allowance, comprehensive benefits including dental, medical, and vision coverage, as well as a pension plan with employer matching contributions.

Job Description

As a Sales Consultant at MINI Vaughan West, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice on our vehicles. Your primary objectives will include:

  • Creating a positive customer experience by listening carefully to their needs and concerns
  • Developing a deep knowledge of our products, including features, options, and latest technology
  • Delivering high-quality vehicle demonstrations and presentations
  • Fostering repeat business through effective follow-up and referral efforts
  • Achieving sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be able to work flexible hours, and have a clean driving record.
