Key Responsibilities- Execute daily trades, including buys, sells, and switches, on Dataphile
- Support Portfolio Managers, Investment Advisors, and staff with trade-related issues
- Collaborate with Mutual Fund Companies, Regulators, and Network providers to stay up-to-date on industry developments
- Review and analyze trade data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and profitability
- Post-secondary education
- 5-10 years of experience in the Investment Industry with a strong understanding of Mutual Fund Investments
- Successful completion of the CSC & CPH or the IFIC
- Strong knowledge of FundSERV N$M settlements and various Mutual Fund Products
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
