Job Summary:

Preston Park I Retirement Residence is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Aide to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning duties and routines to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for residents and staff.
  • Assist with laundry, linen management, and other housekeeping tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient housekeeping operation.
  • Participate in on-the-job training to develop skills and knowledge.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a healthcare environment is an asset.

Requirements:

  • Grade 10 education or equivalent.
  • Ability to learn and apply basic skills through on-the-job training.
  • Self-regulation and independence in work.
  • Cooperation with others.
