About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Corporate Commercial Lawyer with 10 to 20 years of experience in advising health sector clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of advising on corporate, commercial, and governance matters, including corporate structuring and reorganizations, integrations, commercial contracts, procurement, strategic alliances, joint ventures, public-private partnerships, financings, and regulatory compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise hospitals and other health services providers on corporate, commercial, and governance matters
  • Provide regulatory advice and opinions on changes in law and regulation impacting business models and care delivery limitations and opportunities
  • Work with a team of junior lawyers to develop and implement creative solutions for clients
