We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Commercial Lawyer to join our team at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising hospitals and other health services providers on corporate, commercial and governance matters, including corporate structuring and reorganizations, integrations, commercial contracts, procurement, strategic alliances, joint ventures, public-private partnerships, financings, and regulatory compliance matters.
  • Providing regulatory advice and opinions, including changes in law and regulation impacting business models and care delivery limitations and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 10 to 20 years' experience practicing in Corporate Commercial law with a demonstrated track record of advising health sector clients.
  • Experience gained from a major law firm or corporate legal department.
