Key Responsibilities:- Organize and manage greenhouse and nursery operations to ensure efficient production and quality control.
- Supervise staff in planting, transplanting, feeding, and spraying to maintain optimal plant health.
- Establish and maintain required environments, including temperature, humidity, and lighting conditions.
- Develop and implement strategies to control reported insect, disease, and weed problems.
- Collaborate with the production team to achieve production goals and objectives.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in horticulture or a related field.
- College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- Ability to distinguish between colors, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgment, and ability to work under pressure.
- Parking available.
- Permanent employment.
- 44 to 60 hours per week.
- English language.
