Salary Range: $73,200 - $101,700 CAD per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced CG character animator to join our Cinematics Team as a Senior 3D Character Animator - Cinematics. In this role, you will work closely with the Director to understand the vision for the cinematics, assemble Motion Capture character performances, and provide feedback to other animators on the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Key-frame characters to a very high standard
  • Work with artists, technical artists/animators, and engineers to manage and solve technical problems
  • Polish key frame face/body animation for Cinematic scenes and test in game engine
  • Provide feedback to other animators on the team

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience as a CG character animator
  • Excellent character animation skills
  • Experience working with advanced facial animation rigs
  • Strong working knowledge of a 3D animation package (Maya, XSI, etc.)
