Food Service Manager

Chubby Rocky Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management.
- Supervise the assembly of trays and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
