Job Summary

N.S Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Optometric Assistant to join our team. As an Optometric Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our optometrists in providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Assist optometrists with administrative tasks, including maintaining patient records, processing paperwork, and ordering supplies.
  • Patient Care: Administer tests, instruct patients on test procedures, and record results. Assist optometrists in assessing patients and develop information materials for patients.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain equipment, monitor, check, and calibrate auditory equipment, and operate ophthalmic testing and measuring instruments.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, and organize and maintain inventory.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, organized, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
