What is the Opportunity?

The Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a dynamic Business Development Assistant to join their top-performing advisory team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of the wealth management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including entrepreneurs and business owners
  • Assist in the development of proposals and presentations to secure new business
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients and prospects
  • Collaborate with the advisory team to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required
  • Self-motivated and results-driven individual with a strong work ethic
