Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled LP8/LP7R Commissioning & Start-up Analyzer Lead to join our team at our Fort Saskatchewan site in Alberta, Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for commissioning and start-up of Process Analytical Measurement Centers (PAMC), Analytical Free Standing Enclosures (AFSE) and Analyzer Free Standing Racks (AFSR).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of Analyzer Commissioning and Start-up Procedures & Binder.
- Support Maintenance representatives for Spare Part Interchangeability Record (SPIR) review for Analyzer MST and setup stocking quantity aligning with ERS and site requirements.
- Review of Analyzer Equipment Protection Plan and participate in field audit throughout construction phase.
- Develop the Predictive & Preventative Maintenance Program (PPM) for Analyzer equipment.
- Collaborate with Reliability Engineer for Equipment Reliability Strategy implementation.
- Support in setting up C&SU database in Provenience for Analyzer.
- Work with Maintenance representatives to setup plan for Analyzer C&SU resources.
- Lead Analyzer equipment commissioning activities.
- Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for PAMC, AFSE and AFSR.
Requirements
- A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Journeyperson Certificate or Red Seal Designation in Instrumentation.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience (i.e. apprenticeships, journeyman, maintenance, manufacturing or related).
- Will be able to travel up to 25% (domestically & internationally).
- Ability to safely work in a plant environment, meet physical demands, work at elevated heights, and comfortably use PPE and safety equipment.
