Refinery Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Refinery Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Refiner Service center. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
Responsibilities:- Manage the refurbishment and rebuilding of refiner components, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and quality standards.
- Lead and motivate a team of skilled technicians and staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
- Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
The ideal candidate will have ten plus years of experience in manufacturing or service-related background in close-tolerance machining, metal working, materials, capital planning, and supervisory experience in a millwright or machinist background. TPM, Lean, and 5S knowledge is strongly preferred, as is SAP experience.
A competitive salary of $110,000 per annum is being offered for this role, reflecting the complexity and responsibility of the position.
