About the Job:

This is a crucial role at Taco Bell, where you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our fast-food outlets or concessions. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, your primary focus will be on ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining a safe and clean environment for our guests.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to uphold our standards.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring we have what we need to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain quality control standards by regularly inspecting food and service, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, turning negative experiences into positive ones.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize resource allocation and minimize losses.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights into operational performance and areas for improvement.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate as a minimum qualification.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the fast food industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage staff and drive results.
  • The ability to work independently and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management, stock control, and reporting procedures.
Working Conditions:

This role requires you to work on-site at one of our fast-food outlets or concessions. You must be available to work during peak hours and be willing to adapt to changing circumstances.

Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience.
