Requirements:
- 15+ Years of Quality Assurance Experience: 15+ years of quality assurance experience in the apparel manufacturing industry.
- Post-Secondary Degree: Post-secondary degree in fashion, pattern making, or textile technology.
- Quality Assurance Experience in Textile Industry: Quality assurance experience in the textile industry is a must.
- Technical Outerwear Knowledge: Technical outerwear knowledge and hands-on production experience are required.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to build relationships across the business.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem identification and creative problem-solving/resolution skills are required.
- Decision Making and Leadership Skills: Decision making, ability to work independently and within a team, and strong ability to lead a team are required.
