Director, Quality and Compliance

We're seeking a highly skilled Director, Quality and Compliance to lead our global quality strategy and ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing global teams and overseeing multi-regional operations. They will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive global quality assurance strategy, leading quality assurance teams, and ensuring consistent application of standards and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a global quality assurance strategy aligned with corporate goals.
  2. Lead quality assurance teams across multiple regions to ensure consistent application of standards and practices.
  3. Provide direction to establish and maintain quality control processes, ensuring products meet or exceed customer expectations.
  4. Drive the standardization of quality metrics across all manufacturing and production facilities.

Requirements:

  1. 12-15 years of experience in quality assurance, product compliance, or a related field within the apparel or consumer goods industry.
  2. At least 5 years in a senior leadership role, managing global teams and overseeing multi-regional operations.
  3. Extensive experience with quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and product safety standards.
  4. Proven track record of managing and improving warranty programs on a global scale.
  5. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain, within a global organization.
  6. Strong background in supplier quality management, particularly in the apparel or consumer goods sector.
