Job Overview

This role presents an opportunity to create a positive impact for clients by supporting Financial Planners in all administrative investment activities and participating in business development with clients. As a key member of our team, you will optimize interactions with clients on the technical, administrative, and operational aspects of their investment transactions.

Your Responsibilities

- Optimize client interactions on technical, administrative, and operational aspects of their investment transactions
- Utilize an advisory approach to detect opportunities and refer clients to relevant specialists
- Propose transaction and investment solutions when analyzing client files, if necessary
- Support Financial Planners in data analysis and solving complex client files
- Ensure compliance with implemented processes and features
- Adhere to compliance and risk management rules

Your Team

You will be part of a collaborative team that values empathy and open-mindedness. You will have opportunities to develop your skills through training, hands-on learning, and discussions with colleagues. This position reports directly to the Financial Planner Manager.

Prerequisites

- High school diploma and 3 years of relevant experience or college diploma and 1 year of relevant experience
- Mutual Fund Representative (MFR) license (or obtain certification within 3 months of hiring)
- Experience in customer service and interest in business development
- Basic knowledge of investments
- Administrative support and experience in processing investment products
- Proficiency with IT tools and digital navigation
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
