We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Service Centre Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our business.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of your Service Centre. You will be the driving force behind your team's success, holding yourself and others accountable for results and creating a supportive environment that fosters growth.

You will be the face of your Service Centre, ensuring all customers receive the care they deserve. Your goal will be to add value to the customer and identify opportunities to boost your store's revenue.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Be the ambassador of your Service Centre by delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Add value to the customer by identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead your team to achieve results by strategically managing their time, staying on top of their goals, and asking for help when needed.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of management and/or leadership experience, preferably in a sales environment.
  • A passion for helping others grow and develop in their careers.
  • The ability to think on your feet and see opportunities in every situation.
  • Hands-on experience with vehicles is an asset, but not required.
